In a small town in Nebraska, Zach grew up in an entrepreneurial family working at his parent’s grocery store. At 10, he learned what it takes to become great at what you do.
At 11 years old, Zach rode in the rodeo. He went on to become a two-time Saddle Bronc Riding State Champion. He often says, “Everything I needed to know about leadership, I learned in the rodeo arena.”

Zach lives in Overland Park, KS, with his wife, Shandy, and their three beautiful daughters, Claire, Sophie, and Thea.
