We’re always excited when outstanding keynote speakers make their way to Iowa, and we have two great speakers with upcoming engagements in December in the state: Marc Koehler and Andrew McCrea.

For meeting and event planners considering either speaker for a future event, this may also be a great opportunity to learn more about their programs and potentially see them in action while they are in Iowa.

Marc Koehler: Leadership Under Pressure

If you joined us for the 2026 Midwest Speakers Bureau Speakers Showcase, Marc Koehler may already be familiar. Marc recently took the stage in Des Moines and will soon be returning to Iowa.

A former U.S. Navy nuclear submarine officer, Marc brings lessons from one of the most demanding leadership environments imaginable to today’s organizations. His Fast Attack Leadership™ framework focuses on helping teams stay aligned, make confident decisions, communicate clearly, and perform when conditions are constantly changing.

Marc is a strong fit for organizations looking for programs around:

  • Leadership
  • Team building
  • Workplace culture
  • Communication
  • Safety
  • Leading through change and uncertainty

His combination of powerful storytelling and practical leadership strategies gives audiences ideas they can take back and put to work immediately.

Andrew McCrea: Turning Ordinary Into Extraordinary

Andrew McCrea brings a completely different perspective to the stage.

A farmer and rancher, nationally syndicated broadcaster, author, keynote speaker, and leadership trainer, Andrew has traveled across all 50 states and six continents interviewing people from all walks of life.

Those experiences have given him a unique look at what separates ordinary performance from extraordinary results.

Through humor, storytelling, and practical takeaways, Andrew helps audiences explore leadership, motivation, communication, and the small actions that can create significant results.
