Tim Richardson, CSP has been speaking professionally full-time for most of his adult life. He is the author of Jump Starts: Wit and Wisdom to Super Charge Your Day, co-author of Transformation Thinking: Tools and Techniques That Open the Door to Powerful New Thinking, contributing author of Meditations for the Road Warrior. He also has published articles and been interviewed for numerous magazines, journals, and business publications. He is also the founder and president of a melanoma foundation started in memory of his best friend.

Tim received his Certified Speaking Professional, the highest earned designation in the speaking industry, in 1997. He has been a workshop chair and frequent speaker for the National Speakers Association (NSA). He has also served in leadership positions in NSA and was the founder and president of an NSA chapter.

In this presentation, Tim will help leaders implement service strategies he learned while leading a luxury Five Diamond resort property leadership team through their quest to achieve AAA’s Five Diamond designation. While in this role, Tim learned that many of the “secrets” for delivering Five Star Service which can be easy to implement. He will also share the program he designed and developed for the resort property which helped them achieve international recognition. This program will provide tailored content and a formula for delivering exceptional service and outstanding customer experiences. Strategies will also be shared on how to hire and keep great staff and keep employees excited about serving!

POST KEYNOTE FACILITATED PANEL

After the keynote, Tim will interview up to 3 pre-selected attendees (innovative industry leaders) either in a breakout session OR as part of the general session. The panel will join Tim for the last part of the presentation. He will thoughtfully prepare questions in advance that will both support the presentation key points as well as help the audience apply the content to their work.

A few weeks before the program, Tim will have a phone conference call with the panel to provide an overview of the presentation and to develop a list of questions that will be asked after his keynote.  He will also meet with the panel onsite to get updates and to ensure the presentation is on target, well-prepared, and relevant. The audience will be encouraged to participate in the dialogue, as well through the use of online polling and Twitter (optional). The goal is to combine a session that creates a great blend of motivational, innovative and compelling content along with the wisdom, insights, and experience from leaders in the industry.

This program is perfect for conferences that have little audience interaction.

He’ll share more than 26 sales strategies and selling concepts that he has personally used over a 30-year career. Finally, Tim will provide strategies to stop the mental blocks that prevent and sabotage closing sales.
