Interactive leadership speaker, Patty Hendrickson gets her audiences interacting from start to finish. With inspirational stories and purposeful audience interaction Patty engages audiences to both hear and feel the relevant content. She knows her clientele because over 90% of them are repeat and referral. Since 1987 she has shared her enthusiastic message with more than a million people. 

The How.

Patty creates a living environment where fellowship and engagement become the norm. Ideally, participants are grouped into random teams. Through experiential activities, short video clips, conversation, relevant data, and stories, participants engage in active learning followed by reflective processes. If possible, she loves to connect with her audience members before the event with a short email asking for input. This is a great way to learn about their needs and start relationships.

There will be a few upbeat visuals, but there will be NO PowerPoint. The content is driven by participants in a unique environment. Lively, poignant, and often heartfelt discussion moves and enriches the program. Participants will also have a moment to capture “next steps” or “favorite takeaways.”

The Who.

Patty is a booked and busy interactive speaker and author with a Masters of Business Administration. She is most proud of her clientele of over 90% repeat and referral clients. That means she most often becomes a partner with her clients over many years. In 2000 she earned the prestigious designation of Certified Speaking Professional from the National Speakers Association. Less than 900 people in the world have the CSP designation.

Those are the stuffy credentials. Her many titles include — entrepreneur, wife, mother, leader, advisor, mentor, philanthropist and master juggler-of-all-things. Most importantly, she loves to hang out with her son Max & daughter Amelia, cheer for the Green Bay Packers, and eat cookie dough.
