Emmy-award winning journalist Kate Delaney is an expert in attracting raving fans. Her career started off in a tiny television station in Kearney, Nebraska; eventually making it to Chief Operating Officer of a radio network. Along the way through keynotes, deeper dives and consulting she’s helped companies and individuals monetize fan bases no matter how big or how small.

Behind the mic with a nationally syndicated Talk Radio show Kate’s interviewed 16,000 people including U.S. presidents, top CEOs and Hall of Fame athletes. As a woman hosting a popular sports radio talk show, she became a pioneer in broadcasting overcoming 500 rejections. Kate shares all the lessons she learned from rock stars in sports, business and other arenas  empowering others to amplify their uniqueness. Either personally or professionally making authentic connections for stronger relationships and bigger business.

In the last ten years Kate has spoken at conventions, conferences and at many Fortune 500 corporations. Working with CEOs, executive management teams and others in the finance, tourism, hospitality, sales colleges and many women’s leadership groups.
