Josh Seiden is a magician, behavioral strategist, entrepreneur, and magic consultant on The Carbonaro Effect. As an entrepreneur who has managed more than 100 employees, Josh brings firsthand experience building teams, navigating workplace challenges, and creating momentum inside growing organizations.

Harrison Chad is a Broadway veteran, voice actor, and communication and presence expert. He began his career as the original voice of Boots on Dora the Explorer and went on to build more than 100 credits across Broadway, television, and film, including Les Misérables. He now translates decades of high-stakes performance experience into practical tools that help leaders communicate with confidence, clarity, and authentic presence.
