Jordan Richardson is an award-winning entertainment talent manager, creative leader, and captivating public speaker, with a track record of working alongside some of the biggest names in music, television, tech-thought, and medical industries.

After sparking his career at the iconic Capitol Records, he honed his skills at the renowned SBV Talent Agency, booking voiceover actors for major television network campaigns such as NBC and ABC’s Soapnet. At VH1, Jordan’s portfolio expanded to include casting for iconic shows like the “Behind The Music” series and “I Love The 2000’s”.

The formation of independent music group SayReal culminated after Jordan co-facilitated the musical talent for the #LoveIsLove brand activation with Absolut Vodka. Their national touring success and radio acclaim earned them recognition at the Hollywood Music in Media Awards, solidifying their status as “LA’s Hottest New Band” named by major press outlets.

At Not Impossible Labs, Jordan spearheaded the talent and brand management efforts, which garnered the 2020 Shorty Award for Best Business to Business Collaboration with Salesforce, a Fortune 100 company, besting large corporations like IBM.  That same year, Jordan was inducted as a member of the JFK Library Foundation’s New Frontier Forum, and his insights also found their way into “After Shock,” the critically acclaimed follow up to Alvin Toffler’s classic novel “Future Shock”.

Joining Myriad Genetics, Inc., Jordan led the sales and business integration efforts in Central and Southern California, earning him consecutive President’s Club honors in 2022 and 2023, and recognition as the 2023 Southwest MVP and Western U.S. Mentor of the Year.

A sought-after speaker and panelist, Jordan’s expertise has been featured in national and international media outlets such as CNN, Swiss Public Television, FOX, and Reti Televisive Italiane.

The 12 Tenets of Talent Management

Everyone is a talent and anyone can become an effective talent manager.  The core idea is about creating in ourselves an open, welcoming space for the people around us, at work, home, wherever we are at the moment. I believe that you have everything you need, both within you and within others, to create a world of deeper understanding, greater compassion, and more meaningful connections.
