Joyosity: Cultivate a postive, profitable culture through connection, curiosity, and joy

Many leaders believe positive culture and joy are a nice to have. It’s like, “Sure, if I get that, great.” When actually, joy is the heartbeat of a healthy organization. In your head, you probably just scoffed. Or said, “It’s always going to be this way. Or “That’s just the way it is.” “
I survived. We just need to focus on growing the business.”

That way of thinking cost you. Research demonstrates disengaged, unintentional, and negative workplace cultures are costing businesses upwards of $190 billion a year.

Joy is the center of how we get all the things that we need at work, including tangible impact on productivity and profit. But exactly what does that look like every day. How do you create this positive culture when we have all these complex people working together? You need Joyosity.

Joyosity is the flourishing space of a people-center, purpose-driven organization that is highly productive and profitable.

Leader, you are worthy of joy and meaningful work. After this experience, you will walk away not only inspired but empowered to design a workplace that will develop more (and more effective) leaders with strong people power skills, the curiosity to innovate and drive change, and the joy that establishes a workplace experience and organizational culture of collective success, creating the thriving business you’ve wanted all along.

Negative work culture is costing you. Reverse significant financial impact of a culture of disengagement and toil to a profitable culture of inspired and joyful people.

Challenge the common perception that joy is a secondary concern and discover through stories, case studies, and research the critical nature of joy as a thriving business.

Transform your workplace from  as a place of must-dos and toil that cost organizations to get-tos and joy that drive productivity, based on case studies and leading research.

Drive cultural improvements as a leader through the three-part Arch Model of curiosity, connection, and joy with a practical playbook to activate innovation, people power skills, and productive, meaningful work.

The $668 Billion Opportunity: Using Curiosity to Move through Conflict to Connection

Your success as a leader will rise and fall with your ability to manage conflict. Most cultures avoid conflict creating unhealthy and unproductive teams. And when conflict is mismanaged, it does more harm than good. Unaddressess and mismanaged conflict costs US businesses $668 billion a year (Yes. Billion.)

Equip yourself to accurately understand how show up in conflict based on your Enneagram personality type. Then gain the skills you need to resolve conflict, and how to empower yourself and your team to create real peace and productivity. From a recovering conflict avoider who used to moonwalk out of hard conversations, Jenn brings humor and stories tp show how curiosity is the way through conflict to an engaged and flourishing team. Rewrite the Soundtrack: The Lasting Solution for Connected Leadership and Flourishing Teams

Organizations are desperate to retain employees, increase engagement, manage change, and motivate individuals.

Leaders stand and ask, “Are we all on the same page?”

But between that question and the interpretations, rarely is everyone in the room in the same book, let alone the same page. Solving that problem starts with stories.

Although organizations often look to stories to improve communication, share their brands, and sell their products, they often overlook the most important aspect of storytelling — the internal story of every person.

Stories are the cornerstone of human understanding and each individual’s internal story shapes far more than just how they interpret information. It’s the catalyst to everything — how they take action, create results, and lead people.

In Rewrite the Soundtrack, Jenn reveals the profound power of internal personality stories on leadership, individual motivation, and organizational results. Research shows these self-stories shape the leadership mindset that determines the results of individuals, teams, and organizations.

Reduce anxiety, boost joy, and improve performance by equipping leaders (and really every complex person in your organization) with the ability to change their internal story.

Harness the science of personality narratives and the power of internal thinking as a leader.

Analyze specific unconscious stories of leaders that endanger your business, team, clients, family, and community.

Overcome ancient brain patterns and rewrite neuronal pathways to transform from run-of-the-mill to outstanding, high performance.

Execute the four-step Story Transformation Process that cultivates a healthy leadership mindset, improves optimism, and increases joy.

Question, diagram, and create new team stories to improve engagement, efficiency, and retention.
