Greg Wooldridge, also known as “Boss”, is a highly respected leader known for his ability to build high-performing teams based on communication, trust, and teamwork. Later, as commander of a carrier squadron, Greg recognized the potential of a motivated team and its ability to perform at maximum efficiency.
