Raised in a small town in southern Indiana, Bryan Neale learned early that the key to life is dreaming big and taking bold action. His lifelong passion for creating meaningful experiences and inspiring others to do the same fuels his work today as a dynamic speaker, entrepreneur, and NFL official. He’s the founder of Blind Zebra Consulting, creator of the Blind Zebra Sales Operating System™, and co-host of the Advanced Selling Podcast—the longest-running sales training podcast in the world with over 15 million downloads.
Bryan’s professional journey spans more than 25 years and includes training over 10,000 individuals, owning seven companies, and captivating thousands of audiences with his “First Domino” theory and Think-Do-Say™ framework. His sales coaching expertise and energetic delivery style empower teams to reconnect with their purpose, push through obstacles, and take meaningful action.
A Super Bowl official (#92) and one of only a few to reach the pinnacle of football officiating, Bryan’s 35+ year refereeing career includes 17 years in college football (eight with the Big Ten), seven Bowl Games, the 2010 BCS National Championship, and 11 NFL playoff games—culminating in officiating Super Bowl LVI in 2022, fulfilling a goal he wrote down at age 19.
Beyond business and football, Bryan is a “walking fun fact.” He’s a self-taught musician, licensed pilot, certified SCUBA diver, skydiver, and was even a winning contestant on The Price is Right. He co-founded the Indiana University Dance Marathon—now the largest student-led fundraiser in the world—and is a proud husband and father of five.
Bryan brings contagious energy, real-world wisdom, and an unwavering belief that what we do matters. He helps audiences think bigger, act with purpose, and live life in a bold, memorable way.
