FROM CHAOS TO ORDER - CHANGE MANAGEMENT THROUGH CURIOSITY

A lighthearted  look at why embracing change in our personal and professional lives has become of vital importance. The old adage that “If You Always Do, What You Always Did, You Will Always Get What You Always got” is no longer true. “If you Always Do, What You Always Did, You Are Out Of Business” is a more realistic view. We are now in the midst of the Innovation Revolution, and we can’t innovate, without change!

Curiosity is crucial to create a culture of change and innovation, but to get there, you have to create an expectation of initiative. To get there, it begins with you being Humble and willing to hear and implements new ideas. You have to stop Judging, and start assessing instead! YOU build the road your team will travel on, so be open to feedback on how to improve that road.
