A heart-centered metalhead business strategist is a thing — and you’re about to meet her!
Amber Swenor is a transformational leadership strategist, Wall Street Journal bestselling author, and founder of Soul Seed Strategy, whose work centers on a single belief: leadership doesn’t fail because of pressure. It fails when leaders lose themselves under it. This work is informed by lived experience in business and on the road as frontwoman of her metal band, Morningstar.
After growing an award-winning agency to over $1M in under four years, Amber identified the real bottleneck stalling leaders and cultures: not strategy or skill, but the erosion of self-trust under pressure. That insight became the foundation of her Authentic Intelligence framework and Culture Code Blueprint, helping leaders close the gap between who they say they are and how they actually show up, so they can lead with clarity and conviction, without burning out or selling out.
With 20+ years across leadership development, marketing, and organizational culture, she has guided organizations through growth, reinvention, and culture transformation, and her work has touched thousands of leaders globally.
Early leadership experiences shaped her path. As a State FFA Officer and Wisconsin Fairest of the Fair, she developed a deep commitment to building people and communities. That path expanded globally when she was selected by Winrock International to lead a leadership development program in Turkmenistan and studied in Kenya with the African Women Leaders in Agriculture and Environment (AWLAE) program.
She was later selected as a Vital Voices Global Fellow and became a Trainer, contributing to women’s leadership and social impact initiatives worldwide.
First in her family to graduate high school and college, Amber’s story reflects the resilience and self-trust she now helps others reclaim. Her keynotes are immersive, high-energy, and deeply practical – audiences leave not only inspired but equipped with language, tools, and clarity they can apply immediately.
Planners book her for her presence. Leaders trust her for her insight. Audiences remember her because she helps them stop performing and start leading from who they really are.
