MITCH’S NEW TOPIC: POWER FROM UNEXPECTED SOURCES

This popular and impactful presentation explores the “secret sauce” of the unprecedented 10 years of winning by the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs have made NFL history and shattered team records with consistent winning in an ultra-competitive environment. The presentation uses video and text and explores concepts and practical steps the Chiefs have taken to create a winning culture and maintain that culture during “flashpoints”.

This 45-minute presentation resonates with ALL companies or industry associations in addition to personal leadership traits that can change the way we all view our daily lives. Even if the potential audience isn’t necessarily sports oriented it still reveals the energy and power that comes from sources that are always available but rarely resourced.
