Everyone has a story. And every audience carries something with them into the room, whether it is a challenge at work, a season of growth, or a personal turning point. When stories are shared with honesty and purpose, people connect. That connection is where growth begins.
For 27 years, I have had the privilege of working with individuals who are exceptional at telling their stories. My role is to connect the right speaker with the right message for the right audience at the right time. When that alignment happens, it is powerful.
There is nothing quite like standing in the back of a room, watching a speaker on stage, seeing the audience lean in, laugh, reflect, or even wipe away a tear, and knowing you helped create that experience. Those moments influence people personally and professionally. They stay with them long after the event ends.
For me, this work has never been about filling a time slot. It is about finding the right fit. That is what gives meaning to my day and purpose to my work. It is truly why I love what I do.

About Angela Goble, President
Angela Goble is the President and founder of Midwest Speakers Bureau, a company she launched in 1998. With 27 years of experience in the speaking industry, she has built a reputation for thoughtful consultation, strategic speaker placement, and unwavering commitment to her clients’ success.
Angela partners closely with meeting planners, association leaders, corporations, and educational organizations to understand their objectives, culture, and audience dynamics. She then curates speaker recommendations that align not only with the theme of the event, but with the deeper outcomes the organization wants to achieve. Her approach is relational, strategic, and rooted in experience.
She frequently attends speaker presentations personally, evaluating delivery, audience engagement, and overall impact. This hands on involvement allows her to confidently guide clients toward speakers who will elevate their events and create lasting influence.
Under Angela’s leadership, Midwest Speakers Bureau has become known for integrity, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to creating meaningful event experiences.
Angela is a proud parent of two adult sons. She and her husband Dan are blessed with six grandchildren who bring tremendous joy and meaning to their lives.
About Courtney Goble, Director of Operations
Courtney serves as Director of Operations at Midwest Speakers Bureau and is your primary point of contact from contract signing through the day of your event. She oversees logistics, coordinates communication between clients and speakers, and ensures every detail is handled with precision and care. Courtney is known for her responsiveness, organization, and commitment to creating a seamless experience for both planners and presenters.
Courtney lives in Norwalk with her husband, Tyler, their daughters, Brielle and Taytum, and their dog, Charlie. Outside of work, she enjoys coaching volleyball and staying involved in her daughters’ extracurricular activities.
