Natalie Siston knows what it looks like to build a successful career by doing everything “right” — and what it takes to decide that success alone isn’t enough.
Raised in Republic, Ohio, a town of about 600 people, Natalie went on to work in Silicon Valley and spend more than a decade at Fortune 100 companies. She later served as an executive team member and Lead Global Presenter at Positive Intelligence, bringing mental fitness and leadership development to organizations and audiences around the world.
Along the way, Natalie became increasingly interested in the invisible rules that shape how capable people show up: when they speak, what they ask for, how much space they take up, what they believe they are allowed to change, and whose approval they think they need first.
That question now sits at the heart of her work.
Today, Natalie is a keynote speaker, executive coach, and author of the #1 Amazon bestseller Let Her Out: Reclaim Who You Have Always Been. Her TEDx talk, Thoughts Bloom: Plant Wisely, explores the power our thoughts have to shape how we work, lead, and live. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, Certified Positive Intelligence Coach, and two-time graduate of The Ohio State University.
On stage, Natalie combines the credibility of a corporate leader and experienced coach with the warmth, humor, and storytelling of someone who would much rather have a conversation with an audience than lecture one. Her presentations are highly interactive, practical, and designed to create the kind of insight people can actually use when they return to work.
Whether she is challenging an audience to grant themselves permission, helping women reclaim their voices, or teaching high performers to respond differently under pressure, Natalie’s work comes back to one belief:
We have more agency over how we show up, contribute, and lead than we often realize.
