A heart-centered metalhead business strategist is a thing — and you’re about to meet her!

Amber Swenor is a transformational leadership strategist, Wall Street Journal bestselling author, and founder of Soul Seed Strategy, whose work centers on a single belief: leadership doesn’t fail because of pressure. It fails when leaders lose themselves under it. This work is informed by lived experience in business and on the road as frontwoman of her metal band, Morningstar.

After growing an award-winning agency to over $1M in under four years, Amber identified the real bottleneck stalling leaders and cultures: not strategy or skill, but the erosion of self-trust under pressure. That insight became the foundation of her Authentic Intelligence framework and Culture Code Blueprint, helping leaders close the gap between who they say they are and how they actually show up, so they can lead with clarity and conviction, without burning out or selling out.

With 20+ years across leadership development, marketing, and organizational culture, she has guided organizations through growth, reinvention, and culture transformation, and her work has touched thousands of leaders globally.

Early leadership experiences shaped her path. As a State FFA Officer and Wisconsin Fairest of the Fair, she developed a deep commitment to building people and communities. That path expanded globally when she was selected by Winrock International to lead a leadership development program in Turkmenistan and studied in Kenya with the African Women Leaders in Agriculture and Environment (AWLAE) program.

She was later selected as a Vital Voices Global Fellow and became a Trainer, contributing to women’s leadership and social impact initiatives worldwide.

First in her family to graduate high school and college, Amber’s story reflects the resilience and self-trust she now helps others reclaim. Her keynotes are immersive, high-energy, and deeply practical – audiences leave not only inspired but equipped with language, tools, and clarity they can apply immediately.

Planners book her for her presence. Leaders trust her for her insight. Audiences remember her because she helps them stop performing and start leading from who they really are.

Authentic Leadership Unleashed! Level Up Without Burning Out or Selling Out

Leadership, Confidence, Emotional Intelligence, Peak Performance, Personal Growth, Women in Business, Resilience

In a world where AI can replicate skills, optimize processes, and outperform on execution, the one thing it cannot replicate is you. What will define standout leadership in the next decade isn’t who performs the hardest. It’s who leads from the clearest sense of who they are. Yet many leaders are doing the opposite: over-performing, over-adapting, and slowly abandoning the very things that make them effective.

In this high-energy yet grounding keynote, Wall Street Journal bestselling author Amber Swenor guides purpose-driven leaders through a powerful inward-outward shift using her Authentic Intelligence framework: the inner capacity that allows leaders to stay grounded, decisive, and influential under pressure. Amber reframes authenticity not as a personality trait but as a strategic leadership advantage: one that builds trust, strengthens resilience, and drives results that no AI can manufacture. Authentic leadership isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s about leading more effectively by becoming more yourself.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Identify how over-performance and proving show up as leadership liabilities in high-stakes environments
  • Use the Authentic Intelligence framework to make clearer decisions, strengthen team trust, and sustain performance under pressure
  • Align values with action for stronger boundaries, sustainable performance, and organizational trust
  • Communicate with clarity and courage in high-stakes conversations

Audiences leave with renewed self-trust, a practical framework, and the strategic clarity to lead more powerfully, without burning out or selling out.

People Like Us: Rewriting the Stories That Shape How You Lead

Leadership, Identity, Adversity, Confidence, Personal Growth, Women in Business, Resilience

The most powerful thing shaping how you lead isn’t your strategy, your skills, or your title. It’s the story you inherited about who someone like you is allowed to become.

In this deeply personal yet universally resonant keynote, Wall Street Journal bestselling author Amber Swenor, a first-generation high school and college graduate from small-town Wisconsin, symphonic metal frontwoman, and seven-figure entrepreneur, takes audiences on a powerful journey from inherited identity to intentional leadership.

Through raw storytelling, humor, and practical frameworks, Amber shows how the beliefs we absorb early in life become the invisible patterns driving how we lead today: influencing confidence, communication, decision-making, and performance. More importantly, she shows how to get clear on which parts of your story are worth keeping and which ones were never really yours to begin with.

  • Identify the inherited stories driving self-doubt, over-performance, and playing small
  • Understand how internalized limits show up in leadership behavior and decision-making
  • Shift from reactive responses to intentional, values-aligned leadership
  • Release internalized limits and build grounded confidence rooted in values, not external validation

Audiences leave with a new relationship to their own story and the clarity to lead from who they’re becoming, not who they were told to be.

Lift as you Climb: Leading with Purpose, Connection, and Collective Impact

Purpose, Influence, Coaching/Mentoring, Legacy, Leadership, Confidence, Community, Collective impact

The most powerful leaders don’t create impact by doing more. They create it by recognizing the influence they already carry — and leading in ways that naturally activate it in others.

In this energizing and grounding keynote, transformational leadership strategist and Wall Street Journal bestselling author Amber Swenor guides leaders back to what actually creates legacy-level impact: not exhaustion, but alignment. Guided by her Uncover–Unlock–Unleash framework, Amber helps participants identify where they’ve been conditioned to over-function, equate leadership with perfection, and miss the ripples of impact they’re already creating.

What makes this keynote distinct is what happens in the room. Through guided reflection and live audience engagement, participants identify who lifted them, recognize the impact they’re already making, and witness their own ROI — ripples of impact — in real time. Leaders leave not just inspired but seen, by themselves and by each other.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Recognize and intentionally expand the meaningful influence they already carry
  • Identify the people who shaped them and the people they’re actively shaping
  • Release over-functioning and perfection-driven patterns that erode energy and connection
  • Lead through presence rather than performance
  • Create sustainable ripple effects across teams and communities through progress over perfection

Audiences leave reconnected to their purpose, their people, and the collective impact only they can create.
