Biography

Curtis Ray Hill is a dynamic keynote speaker, author, and founder of Culture of Belonging Global®, known for helping people and organizations create workplace cultures rooted in connection, trust, and human potential. Each year, Curtis trains more than 20,000 leaders through keynotes, leadership programs, and organizational experiences, working with audiences at organizations including State Farm, Pfizer, Southwest Airlines, BP, Avis Budget Group, and Hallmark.

Curtis’s perspective was forged through an extraordinary transformation—from gangs, violence, and drug dealing on Chicago’s South Side to nearly two decades in education and ultimately corporate stages. His journey fuels his ability to help people look beyond labels, limitations, and surface-level relationships to strengthen leadership, deepen connection, and unlock greater human potential.

Curtis is the author of Creating a Culture of Belonging and creator of the Culture of Belonging® framework. Through powerful storytelling, humor, and audience interaction, he equips people to connect better, lead stronger, navigate complicated relationships, and push beyond what they thought possible.

Most importantly, Curtis is a devoted husband and father of six children. He is married to his wife and best friend, and family remains at the center of everything he does.
