Sarah is the textbook Type-A-corporate-ladder-climber who realized it’s nearly impossible to exist in the professional world unscathed by the brushes of burnout.

After 15 years working for the same company, starting as an intern and rising to Chief Marketing Officer, she saw burnout, disengagement, and lack of purpose as huge problems affecting not only herself but her colleagues as well. Just like being blonde and 5’1”, her identity was rooted in being busy. It was everything.

She started to realize that high-performing individuals were hitting all the marks on paper, but in reality, they were stressed out, unfulfilled, and so stinkin’ busy. She knew she had to do something about it. And if there’s anything a high achiever is good at, it’s creating more work for themselves. So she started a business, SO Productive…

then co-founded another, Super Productive.

Using her COAT productivity system, through keynote speaking, interactive workshops, and productivity consulting, she helps reduce turnover and disengagement by empowering teams to think about a neuro-inclusive approach to productivity. Meaning, businesses don’t just need productivity, they need productivity fit for every brain type and everyone on the team.

DOMINATE YOUR DAY: STOP BEING BUSY AND LEAVE BURNOUT BEHIND

Here’s the truth: You can be a hustler and still not be productive. Ouch, right? That’s how I felt too when I realized that my proverbial hamster wheel wasn’t getting me anywhere.

As a burnout-aholic turned productivity expert, I share my personal story of escaping the jaws of busyness and offer an unfiltered perspective on how to command the chaos and achieve a life of purpose-driven productivity.

In this talk, I reveal the antidote to the busyness epidemic and equip audiences with tangible tools to prioritize purpose, enhance productivity, and regain balance in all areas of life – starting right now. With the job you have, the responsibilities you juggle, and the family you love, you can dominate your day. You can be free.

Busy isn’t sexy, but having purpose is.

Take a momentary break from the compulsory need to clear your email inbox, pause the personal development podcast telling you how to biohack your sleep, and honestly ask yourself: “Am I dominating my day, or is my day dominating me?” In a no holds barred, give-it-to-me straight kind of way, what would you say?

In this talk, I empower audiences to take back control of their personal and professional lives by shifting their mindset from being busy to pursuing purpose.

Drawing from my own toxic relationship with busyness as well as the testimonies from top-level executives I’ve consulted, I engage audiences with 5 game-changing truths that RELEASE them from the busyness trap.

Truth #1 You don’t have to be busy. It’s about being productive.

Truth #2 Busy blinds you.

Truth #3 It’s not “them” – you are in control of your own time.

Truth #4 You can stop overworking yourself now. Don’t wait.

Truth #5 You have to prioritize your time first. You have permission to do that.

Harnessing these truths alongside my productivity system, COAT, I teach audiences how to reset our relationship with busyness and discover fulfillment where productivity flows.

If you’re ready to swap out your busyness badge for a purpose-driven compass, Dominate Your Day is the spark to ignite your journey.

During this keynote, audiences will:

  • Understand how the shift from busy to productive can be applied to nearly every area of work and life.
  • See how your team can reposition your work as progress toward the purpose.
  • Discover compounding productivity. Simple ways to accomplish more, make better and faster decisions, and increase productivity without burning out.
  • Learn my productivity system, COAT, to help you focus on the most impactful work every day. Plus, you can implement it the second you walk out of the session.

BRAINS @ WORK: THE INVISIBLE POWER OF NEURODIVERSITY

Two different brains share one stage for a keynote that shows you the profound, yet simple idea to unlock the hidden superpowers in your organization.

…If You Judge a Fish by Its Ability to Climb a Tree, It Will Live Its Whole Life Believing that It is Stupid.”

Yet, that’s exactly how too many organizations operate, and who benefits? No one.

What if you could tap into each person’s unique abilities? What if you could change the way you operate so that each person could stay in their zone of genius? In short, what if we stopped judging all of those fishes who can’t climb trees?

In this keynote, we shine the light on something that is virtually invisible in most companies: neurodiversity. Brains @ Work is a new way to think about structuring your work environment to create deeper employee engagement, more cohesive cultures, and vastly improved productivity.

KEY TAKEAWAYS

In this keynote you will learn…
– What neurodiversity is and why you should care.
– What neuroinclusive environment really looks like.
– The secret to bridging productivity-killing communication gaps.
– What every leader needs to know if they want to keep people engaged.
– The three magic words that can help you build an innovative and resilient company.

THE AMAZING MEETINGS PLAYBOOK: CURE BAD MEETING

Businesses need meetings. It’s the number one communication vehicle businesses need to actually make progress. But, when I ask people what prevents them from getting their work done, the number one answer is: meetings. In this session, I share my 3-Step Meeting Formula for having meetings that get results and how to host meetings people actually want to attend.

In this meeting management master session, we will cover:

  • Why we do need meetings.
  • The surprising meeting that is wasting everyone’s time.
  • The meeting you should be having, but probably aren’t.
  • [Deleted this bullet point]
  • Roles and responsibilities: the missing ingredient that makes meetings more effective.
  • In-meeting etiquette that grows your whole team.
  • Post-meeting behaviors that are derailing your team.
