Jones Loflin has made it his life’s work to help individuals thrive both personally and professionally!  For over 29 years, Jones has challenged, empowered, entertained, and equipped countless people with presentations that are described as “fun,” “powerful,” and “timely”.

Combining his down-to-earth sense of humor, love for sharing stories, and expertise in the fields of leadership, time management and change, Jones knows how to keep an audience laughing while they are learning!  He keeps complicated out of it, using uniquely relatable analogies such as a gardener growing new leadership skills, or being the ringmaster of your own circus for work life success.  The audience can quickly grasp the key takeaways in every one of his programs and are eager to begin implementing them in their own endeavors.
