Based on her experiences, Amy has become a well-known advocate and evangelist for entrepreneurship, the accounting and finance profession, and technology and innovation. Through her expertise on these topics, Amy has inspired thousands of small business owners and financial advisors as a keynote speaker.

Amy has published two books with the first entitled, Business, Balance & Bliss: How the B3 Method Can Transform Your Career and Life. In her book, Amy created a methodology, backed by scientific research, on how to live a more authentic life and achieve work-life harmony based on her own career journey and those of other successful business leaders.

To share this message more broadly, Amy presented the popular TEDx Talk, “Disconnect to Connect: The Path to Work-Life Harmony” (http://bit.ly/2uNitUE) to highlight key points from the book, demonstrating her own struggle with work-life balance and three key takeaways on how she overcame it.

As a CPA and accounting influencer, Amy authored her second book — Integrative Advisory Services: Expanding Your Accounting Services Beyond the Cloud — published by Wiley Book Publishing. This book is the CPA, accounting professional and bookkeeper’s guide to the future of delivering advisory services to their clients. As technology paves the way for increased self-reliance and DIY financial services, much of the traditional data entry tasks of accounting professionals and bookkeepers will be reduced. Yet, nothing can replace the human side of the client-advisor experience and the desire for advisors to improve their clients’ businesses with financial information. This book shows financial advisors and consultants how to take on more of an advisory role to create long-lasting business relationships and become a critical component of their client’s success.

Amy has been recognized by many organizations. Most notably she has been awarded the:
