In James Lloyd’s presentation, he asked the audience the following question. It was actually a national survey that was conducted. ( I was able to get the answer right. I have a 6 year old that uses this expression a lot)

“At the end of the day”
Answer: “Whatever”
So if you do not want to annoy your customers, make sure NOT to use the word “Whatever!”
